Dan, theres a very good reason why no one is commenting on the lawsuit. There is an enormous amount of material to review. I printed out all the documents that are publicly available (and a few i was able to get from connections in the legal community). The stack of papers is several inches thick and its going to take a lot of time to review it all and sort throught the legal bullshit. I would agree that the contracts are going to dispense with alot of her claims pretty quickly. the only reason why I'm doing this is becuase she has some pretty high priced counsel and I don't think they would be handling the case if there was nothing to it. I'm also curious to see if there are any interesting disclosures in Steve Hirch's deposition about the buisiness practices of Vivid.

As far as the STD's, I agree that is the most valid claim from the look of things, but thats just not an injury that is worth a whole lot of money.
