Thanks for the framework Darth/Jules. So I guess my assumption on performer income was in line. 12 scenes a month sounds about right? It just doesn't make sense to me that someone would get into porn for that little income. Hookers make more than that. Which is prolly why so many performers are hooking these days. I assumed the producers were taking advantage of the ho's but they don't seem to be clearing that much either.

Oversaturation appears to be the devil in the details. Too many production companies, too many titles and too many performers to see wages or DVD salaes go up. Wonderful news for fans of privates though.
