Extreme Public Piss was never meant to exist. The creator of this series, a man named Gino, started his career hosting webcam videos of girls shitting and pissing in their panties from his webcam. He was perfectly okay with this until his fans got restless and requested more. Gino got worried. He, afterall, just wanted to bring joy into the hearts of people around the world, but this new pressure was something he was not used to.
