This may sound like old story. But, wouldnt
too much pulling the penis put stress on the veins
that come from the testicals upwards into the penis ?

I don't know about your town, but where I come from, people who masturbate in a video arcade, hard chair or not, get taken off to jail and charged with indecent exposure, lewd and lacivious acts and endangering the welfare of minors. If that's your thing, you might want to stay out of New York.

Booths different in some areas. In Calif. they are known
as Video Arcades or Video Preview Booths. California is
very upscale in them also. One chain has very excellent
