Apple never cease to amaze me with the useless crap they sell, but this one really takes the cake. 10 years too late: a wireless white box that costs $300 and lets you shop at their store for badly encoded videos to watch on the television- or better yet, "stream media from any computer running MAC OS X or Windows". This is just proves that MACs are for gays.

Yeah that's madtv. Personally I think they've gotten a lot funnier over the years. A lot of their older stuff was just obnoxious and repetitive.

Wow, and I feel just the opposite. I used to love the old crew. They seemed to have more original writing then. The new cast just doesn't work for me. Bobby Lee was funny for maybe 1 minute with that stupid hot dog phrase but now I can't stand him. I liked their 'crunk' skit, but that seems like it was ages ago. Nowadays I don't even watch the show anymore.

If you can get past the marketing, Apple still makes kick ass products. If you want an idiot proof machine that just gets on and does its thing, then I'd take a Mac over a PC any day of the week.

In an example of stunning timing, further proof of this came 10 minutes ago when Mrs Conky brought home her new 'multimedia' keyboard. Naturally, only half of the features available work with her PC, despite the driver included with the keyboard.

they actually make some decent laptops for the dough now and the new airport's probably better than the competition dollar for dollar. but apple tv? not into paying money for the priv. to pay even more money to watch tv.
