As for the "can't get it anywhere else" line, jamesn brought up some good counter-examples. And it is a fact that most users are married/in a relationship. And don't use the fallback "yes, but their wives are ugly/frigid/bad lays". No matter how attractive the woman, there is someone out there who is tired of having sex with her. This is where it becomes worth the cash payout to guarantee no strings, no jealous phone calls, no "when are you going to tell her about us!!!" conversations.

In my case, I am also just constitutionally incapable of turning down an offer of sex from a woman I've long been attracted to, even if it is going to cost me.
