i've never been to a strip club. i was once at a dodgy pub (that was later shut down for using illegal immigrants as forced sex workers) and they had a stripper- allegedly "miss nude 1999" or some shit- working there freelance. before she got naked she went round to every table with a hat, essentially begging for change. at first we thought she couldn't afford a cab, so we all chucked in like a buck each. eventually she must have acquired an adequate amount- considering there was possibly 20 people in the bar, that amount was probably $40 or so- and stripped for the pub. most patrons were more annoyed that the bartended turned the footy off whilst she performed than they were interested in her work. afterwards she handed out her card to everyone.

horrendous night all round, really.
