Years ago when I worked in computers I used to go with law enforcement on search warrants. So I got this great looking "official" Attorney General's Office hat.

Just before elections when the political contributions were "due", they would go gangbusters with the Feds on the bootlegged movies and music.

So, in October 2000 I was walking to my favorite dimsum place on Mott and these storefronts were closing one after the other. Couldn't understand it until I remembered I was wearing the hat!
