While it is likely she fucked up "public" for "practicing", if I remember correctly the controller of our Sydney office was called a certified "practicing" accountant, and she wasn't born in the US, so ... maybe.

But, even on the 1 in a google chance she's registered in Melbourne, would you let her near your books? You'd be hopelessly unreconciled, used meth still booked as an asset and not an expense, and your journal entries would all have incurable STDs.
