I was quite pleased!!! Of course I didn't see the Congressman, but his staff. I had an issue with my passport since I leave a full week before the new anticipated date of its arrival!

Calling them was useless since after about 20 announcements and giving the web site address ad infinitum you get to the end and its "... all busy ... heavy volume ... call back, goodbye." Disconnect!

Within 15 minutes in the office, the staffer got it guaranteed to me by Thurs by FedEx at no cost to me since it was their error!!
