Depends on the extent of the damage and type/# of surgeries, no? You have 7 surgeries on your knee? You have surgeries before the "scope" when they had not a clue what they were doing? You have "bone on bone" since 19?
But, with all that said, the knee is fucking murder going "DOWN" the stairs. It's 95% the unused muscles going up ...
