I've seen the U.S. version of this scene, still tough to watch(but I manage 2-3 times). After the scene is finished (but the camera is still on), you can hear Barbii say "I need to take a ..."(last word muted out, but you can take a guess). Max tells her to just go in the bowl(if you know Max's work, you know what the bowl is for). Now, that must have made the smell even more unmentionably worse. They didn't show that in the Euro version, did they?

Side Note

While we're on the subject of #2, Max seems to get a little bit more rougher, extreme, and even weirder with each release. If he ever gets to the point where he feels the need to "drop some kids off at the pool" in a girl's mouth to keep his and the viewers "interest" up, I will official stop buying.
