Texas-weed, go to your crate immediately. That is no solution and you should be ashamed to even suggest that he harm an innocent animal because its owners are disrespectful, lazy, inconsiderate people.

Go over to your neighbor with a shovel full of droppings and tell him it has to stop. Tell him that his dog is ruining your lawn and scaring your kids. if that doesn't work call animal control next time the dog comes on your property; tell them you are afraid of the dog and your children are afraid to go outside.

Or move to a place where no one or their pets will ever bother you if you can find such a place. I don't think one exists.
