Well, yes, actually. That was the idea behind the picture and a reference to your take-no-bullshit entrance to XPT.

Translators may not be perfect, neither is my typing, but it wasn't that difficult to type 'asshole' which got me 'Arsch'. It would have been easy enough to post pix of your gaping asshole with that title but nowhere near as fun or creative. But I am more than happy to keep it simple and stick to Whore/Faggot/Tranny/Basement/Lackwood jokes.
