This kind of reminds me of the special 'Spirit' award Cartman got on the episode of South Park where he fakes being retarded so he can enter the Special Olympics. You know, the 'They-Haven't-Got-A-Hope-In-Hell-Of-Winning-One-Of-The-Major-Awards-But-They-Still-Try-God-Bless-Them!' award.
