Hey Lou, I think you're being paranoid, but as long as you've scrubbed your own system and scanned for keyloggers, the other main option companies have is running reports against the firewall/router/proxy server logs (most companies don't bother). Bornyo's proxying idea is a step in the right direction but traffic is still traversing the internal network in clear text - again, it only matters if they're bothering to scan - most don't. For a few bucks a month you can get a secure web-based proxy/VPN which means browser activity is tunneled/encrypted. That's a long way to go just to keep up on some porn talk though.

If all else fails, walk up to Carl, grab a fistful of her shirt, get in real close and say "This whole office - this WHOLE office can smell your shit breathed lobster pot. Wash that shit."
