Anyway ... I like AoA audio extractor for easily extracting the audio part of a video file to mp3 or wav.

I find Karen Directory's Printer an effective simple tool to extract directories to ascii for use in Excel.

I also really like the add-on to Firefox that easily allows me to download flv files from such sites as YouTube. I like having some of these in my library. Also, it allows me to have certain homemade vids that often get taken down by their posters ... or their video and/or account gets banned by YouTube.
