I feel the charity would be somewhat wasted on this poor individual. When I toss a 10 spot to the local vagrant I fully realize its going to be spent on Mr Boston vodka and a pack of smokes.

Fucken Windy has almost 1000 posts in less than 6 months. He cries poverty but it seems he spends the majority of his days posting here under the flag.

Clearly this is an individual that needs a bit of tough love XPT style.
