Look, I agree that they have the legal and commercial right to produce this thing, but that paradox can probably only survive in a bubble. In certain regulatory climates, you have to draw back and make intelligent business decisions. When the SEC clamped down on financial reporting of public companies, what idiotic company went to their CFO and said, "Go ahead and cook the books just a little bit more." When the EPA began enforcing CERCLA in the 1980s, what coal plant in PA didn't install scrubbers on their chimneys? And let's not even get into the regulatory burden of 2257, I can name at least 10 industries which have a tenfold burden on them to report to Uncle Sam.

Besides, if you're correct, the whole asphyixiation thing is a guy thing, then this is nothing more than a publicity-seeking porno maker. Why doesn't he just send a copy to the FBI and save the taxpayers a lot of money.
