Aside from what the dictionary says, when I hear the word "retire" I picture someone completely done with their "career" AND living off of retirement money because they can.

Now we all know that, this isn't the case with any performer that is done performing.

This is just a big industry pet-peeve of mine when people say "oh im retired" when really it's "I'm done doing porn" (something to that nature)
