I just think she wasn't beaten enough as a kid and is taking her folks for a ride. I've never seen anyone with Tourettes behave like a spoilt brat before... funny tho!

Tourettes? Those ticks look all too familar from growing up with a close friend with the disease.

Spoiled Brat? Definately. Although I seen him snap a couple of times(truly frightening stuff, glad he's over it, I know it was pure HELL for him), never did I see him just throw any sort of temper tantrum.

I was flipping through channels last night and came across MTV airing a show called True Life: I have Tourettes. That video clip is just a snippet of what they shared of this poor girl. She waited forever for her insurance to come through and give her a yay with surgery where they implanted electrodes in the brain. That should over time help with the severe levels and physically painful effects of the tourettes. They shaved her head completely. (reminds me of belladonna and britney talk here at xpt)

They also show her out with her grandmother buying a wig. And her on vacation with friends to Disneyland where she has a major meltdown. (uber-xpt material)

I thought of XPT watching this and certainly thought of how Windsocky would have found much stroke worthy in this story. It's worth watching, I'm sure they'll play it again soon. Probably check MTVs website to see when it airs next.
