Honestly, the safest and most sure "salvage" job that can be accomplished in this case would be for Britney to cut loose from everything and everyone, pay it all off while there is still liquidity to pay with, and when the dust and coke residue settles, she can sulk away with the kid(s) to a nice little home with a picket fence in South Buttfuck, Arkansas with about 10 million in the bank, enough to live comfortably and happily ever after if she cools it down. She can find a nice beefcake dude to take care of her physical needs, say a muscle bound former bodyguard or lifeguard who can hold her voluptuous ass up against the wall and FUCK her into next month 6 hours at a time, giving her the physical pleasure and distraction she needs to keep her mind off of what she has LOST.

Then, when her offspring have grown up enough to send off to private exclusive boarding schools, Brit can make a modest comeback performing in Vegas (ala Celine Dion) or she could get into Producing and Managing other new, fresh talents (much like "c"-rapper Eminem has done ... Eminem supposedly has had a raging Pill fetish/addiction that runs hot and cold depending on what album he is working on, and his way of dodging the collateral damage of such a indulgence is to remove himself from the spotlight at the right time yet still stay in the game, and keep getting paid, in order to finance said 'fetish'/addiction, etc etc etc....)

Berg, this is a logical and absolutely rational path to recovery and regaining a partial career, but that's why it won't work. The whole family is a train wreck. Where's Momma Spears been? Counting the coins down in Louisana in the house Brit bought for her? She only showed up "After" she left rehab for the second time. Where's the fucking daddy? Nobody's even seen that scumbag in years. Where's the manager who is suppose to keep the bailing wire around the juggernaut as it rolls down the road to adding to the bank roll. Nobody is at the controls and the crash and burn is about to follow to all that is "Britney".
