That's pretty bad when Federline is appointed as the more fit parent to raise your kids. I used to have this friend who WORSHIPPED Britney Spears back in her heyday. Now, I email her links everyday of Brit Brit's fall from grace and end them with 'HOW'S YOUR HERO NOW, BIATCH ??!!!' Britney's demise makes wanna  but one's gotta wonder where her mother is in all this to have snapped her out of this before it got this far. I think, too many people around Britney are yes men because that's where the paycheck is. No one wanted to tell her the truth for fear they'd get cut from her money train. All her assts, her handlers, and even her mother were pimps all along. Britney's forever ruined. There is no comeback. The best thing she could've done was just go away then come back renewed, but now it's too late because we've already seen a play-by-play of the trainwreck.

OK, let's walk through the recovery. Spears was supposedly worth 120M in 2004. Say she wasted the amount she would get in interest and it's still 120M. This fucking meltdown gives K-fuck so much leverage that he will probably rape her for at least 20M while holding the kids hostage. So she does 45 at Promises, hires a new PR firm to make her good with the public again, then she goes back into the studio at the Palms for 6-8 months and hires the best producer in the biz and puts out a killer album, she then goes on a world tour for two years to make her whole again and puts another 50M in the bank to make up for the fucking she got from K-fuck. This Yellow Brick Road and so looong and windy and I'm not sure she has the where with all, or more importantly, her handlers do, to make this happen.........In the end, she's just a white trash Louisiana whore with money.......

Actually, I've seen articles comparing Britney to Michael Jackson as a financial train wreck in the making. She may have assets but she has liabilities too, and major expenses from the staff and various hangers-on.
This is more up Willie D's alley than mine, but I wouldn't be surprised if the divorce isn't so much about him getting hold of her assets as it is about him wanting to avoid her liabilities.
In Texas judges can and sometimes do force parents in child-custody cases to undergo drug testing. If California allows that then by pursuing custody she runs the risk of the judge having the bailiff take her to a hospital for a blood sample...

What Gia said and described is entirely too likely...image is everything in this arena that Britney performs in, and perception is REALITY. She needs a COMPLETE reinvention, after an appropriate hiatus....and such a reinvention is now exponentially more difficult with the "train wreck" having been documented to the extent it has... Honestly, the safest and most sure "salvage" job that can be accomplished in this case would be for Britney to cut loose from everything and everyone, pay it all off while there is still liquidity to pay with, and when the dust and coke residue settles, she can sulk away with the kid(s) to a nice little home with a picket fence in South Buttfuck, Arkansas with about 10 million in the bank, enough to live comfortably and happily ever after if she cools it down. She can find a nice beefcake dude to take care of her physical needs, say a muscle bound former bodyguard or lifeguard who can hold her voluptuous ass up against the wall and FUCK her into next month 6 hours at a time, giving her the physical pleasure and distraction she needs to keep her mind off of what she has LOST. Then, when her offspring have grown up enough to send off to private exclusive boarding schools, Brit can make a modest comeback performing in Vegas (ala Celine Dion) or she could get into Producing and Managing other new, fresh talents (much like "c"-rapper Eminem has done ... Eminem supposedly has had a raging Pill fetish/addiction that runs hot and cold depending on what album he is working on, and his way of dodging the collateral damage of such a indulgence is to remove himself from the spotlight at the right time yet still stay in the game, and keep getting paid, in order to finance said 'fetish'/addiction, etc etc etc....) Trust me folks, the demarcation point betwixt successful individuals who can have their cake and eat it too....and those who end up as trainwrecks, is the grand concept of FUNCTIONAL ADDICTION(s), the mark of a true genius....

Berg, this is a logical and absolutely rational path to recovery and regaining a partial career, but that's why it won't work. The whole family is a train wreck. Where's Momma Spears been? Counting the coins down in Louisana in the house Brit bought for her? She only showed up "After" she left rehab for the second time. Where's the fucking daddy? Nobody's even seen that scumbag in years. Where's the manager who is suppose to keep the bailing wire around the juggernaut as it rolls down the road to adding to the bank roll. Nobody is at the controls and the crash and burn is about to follow to all that is "Britney".

There’s so much insanity going on it’s difficult to know where to start. There's a campaign to get fans to buy her albums to show their "support", fans writing public letters telling her to go back to her Christian roots, fans shaving their heads, fucking endless sanctimonious shit about how her children "mean everything" to her, forum topics like "whose cried for Britney?" and there’s even a windsock-esque mischief-maker asking ridiculous, nonsense questions like "Would yall still be a fan if she killed her kids?" to which apparently the answer is yes…

Brit's fangirlz are always entertaining. The desperation shows itself in the instant lashing out at anyone who actually believes whatever the latest story is. "All you HATARS shud just BURN IN HELL becaz you are all just FAT JELOUS LOOSERS!!". It makes the average Monkey Cage flame war look dignified by comparison.
x17online is also a good place for this stuff. A few weeks back they ran pics of her boyfriend in the driver's seat with vomit all over him and Bitty sitting on the passenger side looking pale as a ghost and sucking a lollypop. And the fangirlz went crazy. The pics were lies or photoshopped!!! Britney would never puke! The next day the "official" word came out from her PR: It wasn't vomit. He was carrying a jar of peanut butter in his pocket which suddenly exploded, spreading pb all over the interior of the car. And the fans bought the whole thing, ranting that the photo agency should be sued, that the whole vomit story had just been exposed as a pack of lies, that they just KNEW there was a perfectly logical explanation like an exploding jar of PB.
