Luke Ford IMO does not satirize the porn industry. He worms his way into its fringes and posts a hodgepodge of observations and moralizations. There seems to be a constant dissonance about Luke Ford though, as he moralizes about an industry that at the same time continues to fascinate and attract him.

Right on the money. Luke want's to be in it, but wants to stay detached enough to maintain the delusion of moral superiority. Hence the assumed guise of a "journalist" [ You listening Burg? ]. Much like fellow groupie/porn-tourist Ceara Lynch.
You have to feel sorry for anyone who prefers to live in perpetual self-denial, simply for the sake of looking down on those who remind them of their own weakness.

Then you're xpt's Luke Ford because that's the same kind of bullshit move you try to pull here, WHide. Post a superiority affirming 'hit piece' about xpt on your blog recently? douche

Please feel free to comb through my voluminous archive of posts, and show me precisely where I expressed any kind of moral condemnation of anyone for anything. I've never made any attempt to separate myself from those that I've criticized, except to the extent that I've never coveted acceptance. But saying I don't really care if my views are accepted isn't quite the same as saying I'm any different. Bottom line: I'm not better than anyone else on this board... and I've never professed to be. But then A) I've never been afraid to admit I'm a fan of porn, B) I don't mock and ridicule people in the industry and then turn around and kiss their asses when I meet them in person,... and C) conceding the fact that I'm one of you pathetic jackasses, doesn't change the fact that you're all still pathetic jackasses. But I'm either just like the rest of you assholes, or I'm not. You can't ostracize me and include me at the same time. Dumbshit.
