I saw on cable TV where two sisters, an MD and a psychiatrist (Berman and Berman?), have a sex information show. Once they investigated a woman who claimed to squirt, and lab tests showed that it was mostly a substance other than urine. It is real in some cases, I think the MD guessed it was from a small gland she knew about.
