Not to mention at least 3 of those whores need to be beaten with a stick of methadone. You're booking talent for low-cost scenes, therefore your commissions are also going to be low. Reality: If you really believe this then you don't have an MBA. LLCs are vehicles of tax convenience where owners can distribute equity to themselves tax-free. Maybe you can show us your K-1 schedules. If you had the scratch to buy a Lexus or any car, it came either from your officer compensation or your K-1 distributions. Competent bankers knows that business owners either hold equity in their businesses or personally. People who drain their businesses of equity to withstand downturns in revenue are more likely to do things like buying assets that depreciate 25% on the day the engine starts.

Reality: And newsflash, selling your company assets to pay off your creditors is Chapter 7 BK in a different name. That is excactly what would happen if you did file BK7, the only difference is that your creditors would get screwed by a federal bankruptcy judge through you, instead of directly by you. And your credit might, just might, continue to reflect that no BK appeared on your watch.

A director like Jim Powers. But lower. At what companies did you manage? The broadband trading division at Enron? Slunking down into porn is not a nom de plume. And whatever MBA school accepted you surely doesn't want you to come to their reunions. BTW, your statement does not apply to most porn companies, which would be classified as "small businesses" by the SBA. If you own your own small business, you fight for it tooth and nail, you don't just shed it like some unknown division of Immelt's comglomerate.
