I cite BIFF for 2 violations of XPT Common Law, and I am considering using the little known, recently concocted my me, powers of XPT Citizen's Arrest.

Before I state the charges I would like to present Citizen's exhibit #1: His sig.




Citizen's Charge #1
Use of a pic as a pathetic attempt to get us to believe he's "got game" with the whores.

This is a violation based on the principle of the "Phlog precedent". The whole thing stinks of "lab". I have a problem even believing that the whore wrote that herself. It's too neat for such close quarter writing, and she likely would have to be ambidextrous. OK, already. The whore "loves you". Move on!! Get a real girl or another victim.

Citizen's Charge #2
Pathetic and incompetent use of another poster's well-known and accepted MO.

He quotes El Glorioso about his stilted English. Excuse me, but Have2CIt did it first and SO SO MUCH better. No "coattail" riding allowed. Develop your own style and foils.

And, should BIFF, a guy with his own grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure issues, use a foreigner's attempts at a second language as his "sig"? BIFF falls asleep at any post longer than a paragraph and even when he does read the posts, his reading comprehension skills are that of a challenged 4th Grader.


BIFF cease and desist with the use of this sig, or I will have to consider all options available to me under XPT law.


To other XPTers: I need not stand alone. Make this a class action complaint by signing onto the charges. Submit others as you see fit. Let us rid our community of "lab"-like references and the trolls that force them upon us!!
