Call me "old school" but I'd go 86th floor Empire State Building observatory deck. I know "been there, done that", but classics are classics for a reason.

I'd set the camcorder up on a timer on my "deck" and film it across the river. I figure I'll be large enough to be seen at that distance. Make a great youtube post!
