Without assenting/contesting/discussing to your view of "the sons of the gods", most of the "demons" I learned of in Judaism were Lilith's "children" as noted in the "Alphabet of Ben-Sira".

The story is that Lilith was Adam's 1st wife and she wouldn't obey Adam. It is a "battle of the sexes" power struggle illustrated in sexual terms. Lilith wanted to ride on top, and Adam preferred to do her doggie. She walks out.

She becomes the killer of little children, a kind of vampiress/seductress and the mother of all demons.

So we might fairly deduce Luke's mom's name.
