You're overlooking the key point...if Luke hadn't posted it on his site, nobody would know. Holly could have just done her thing quietly and privately, and that would be that, no-one would be any wiser as to what had happened.

Holly hasn't advertised or celebrated anything...someone else was 'kind' enough to do that for her. Hence the Cage's vitriol being directed towards Luke as opposed to Holly.

It was a low down thing to do, but I guess that's the measure of the man we know as Luke Ford.
