On the other hand, this whole concept of "depression" has been inflated to such an extent that it receives the blame (or credit) for a myriad of problems, tragedies, adverse events and human suffering that boggles the mind and makes us all wonder who is accountable for anything anymore.

Willie's point(s), that Luke is essentially a Sociopathic Narcissistic turd as lazy as the Porn Stars he follows and photographs are equally valid as my own personal opinion that the man is seriously ill. It could even easily be both scenarios at the same time....I mean, If Prozac had been around in Ted Bundy's day, the police artist composite sketches would have shown a perpetrator who SMILED a lot more as he offed all these girls...
