I, honestly, think people are just scared to post here. They see the less intelligent ones get their heads sliced off and handed to them in a nice gift wrapped boxed with a shiny red bow and chicken out. They would just rather just read the crap that goes on here than actually participate and risk putting up with the humiliation of being owned on an Internet message board(even with the anonymous nature of posting here).

Some eventually seem to join(hence some posters putting things in their early messages like "long time lurker, just getting around to posting) when they seem to get the nature and pace of this place. Others will always just read. Some just brave it out, take a deep breath, and dive in head first, and don't really consider or care, for that matter, the price for breaking unwritten and unspoken rules of the board.
