There are two problems, Rob:

1. Biology (aka breeding).
2. Religious people not accepting any other Science.

Those people aren't going to stop breeding. They'll kill each other in larger chunks over silly differences, but they aren't going to stop. They're starving in most of the world, and it isn't stopping them.

They are still fighting "evolution" in the schools.

Earth is like a great popular restaurant and what it needs is more turnover not less!
