An interesting reason has surfaced as to why the diapers. Although she would have to refuel her car at least two/three times enroute, she could do it outside and out of range of the store cameras. If she had to use the bathroom, she would be captured on a store camera entering the store, hence the reason for the diapers. However, in my mind, there would be a credit card receipt trail for the outside gas purchases so her diaper strategy is flawed unless she had stolen credit cards which I didn't see in the charges.
