I think you're CLEARLY right that the copyright holders have the best claim but I was going on Michael's statement:

I'm about to file in Los Angeles numerous misappropriation of likeness claims for all of my clients that were on the flyer.

... and assuming, like his past posts, he was alluding to present clientele.

I'm not an attorney but I would think that Michael's issue may not be over the picture per se but the implication that his client, a known celeb, would attend. Maybe using her "celebrity" to gain profit without her benefit - as opposed the use of a photo to which she has likely has signed away rights.

Or, maybe some of these girls have rights to the photos and I should just shut my fucking trap.
