Conky makes a very astute point...if the girl(s) in question have signed a model release, then they have precious little control over where, when and how said image is used.

The people with the real power in this situation will be either a) the photographer (the de facto copyright owner of the image) or b) the publisher/client who has purchased the exclusive usage rights to said image for a period of time, and now finds their investment being compromised.

The models have very little say in usage of their image once they have signed off on the model release...an amateur model could do nothing more than a comparatively tame bikini shoot, but she still runs the same risk as most recognised porn starlets of finding her image being used in a phone sex ad with a caption saying 'I'll drain your balls dry and gargle your thick load in my mouth!', or something along those lines.
