It's not about health. Governor Perry makes his predecessor, one George W. Bush, look like Mother Teresa. He's more like a Louisiana politician than a Texas politician.

As noted, Perry is *heavily* in bed with Merck. Perry's order requires a $360 per person treatment. Now is it clear why Merck is spending so much money per person to promote this, and why Gov. Perry suddenly finds it in his personal interest to push it?
