While I agree the the majority of outdoor porn that I have seen does "suck", that's because it's easy to fuck up outdoor lighting if you don't know what you are doing.
Suffice it to say, most porn producers don't know what they are doing when it comes to the technical aspect of using cameras and lights.
It takes a little more than just pressing the record button. Most of our best stuff was shot outside.
