The CDC says that the HPV vaccine does not prevent 30% of cervical cancers caused by HPV, and 10% of genital warts. Which is to say that it DOES prevent 70% of HPV-caused cervical cancers and 90% of HPV-caused genital warts. Good enough odds for me for the price tag of $120 x 3 (rounds of injections). I'd do it if I weren't already over 26.
