so i have always been turned off by amish...

My mom is from Pennsylvania and we even have some Amish people on her side of the family. I remember being a kid and visiting their houses and being shown spinning wheels and quilts. The food they make, especially the bread, is actually quite good. Amish people are insanely clean and prepare the food so pure- free from additives or chemicals.
