I'm sure not everyone in porn has herpes - I think it would be similar prevalence to the general population. I read somewhere that a majority of people have herpes simplex type 1 which usually appears only around the mouth and probably up to 20% of people have herpes simplex tuype 2 which is usually only around the genital area.
