I don't have that much faith that the industry is capable of such organization amongst their own.
The practices you seek would either A) flourish, because everyone has herpes, or B) there can be no such organization, and the industry will just implode on itself.
Why not? It's no different from saying 'HIV- performers should only work with other HIV- performers'.
It's better to try than do nothing at all, and like I say, why not show CAL/OSSHA that the industry is proactive in its efforts to stop STD transmission?
