I'm sure most of them have had several diseases and don't care if they get diseases nor care if they spread diseases.

I have no fear of injury nor death, so hostilities and shoot outs don't bother me.It's the same thing with porn stars. People don't become porn stars & prostitutes because they worry about disease. It's the opposite. They just don't care. Either that or they have been deluded into believing that they are safe, but it's just a false sense of security. It's more like probing through a mine field. If you believe there isn't a significant chance of detonating a mine the only security you have is a false belief. Your perception of reality would be an illusion.

Sex is just like a mine probe or a fire fight. The only thing keeping you safe is fate and luck.

I wouldn't trust any of them to be clean. So why even bring this up? It's like asking if a jelly donuts have jelly. Usually they do.
