In fairness, considering the "exciting options" at hand if you happen to be awake in Baltimore at 2 or 3 in the morning it could be quite frustrating. And, for her purposes, I think even all the "corners" shut down by 11pm on school days.
It seems that she has missed calculated the remainder of her preferred smoked stimulant - enough to make her "wide awake" but not enough to last until the ride to the airport.
Yet this, too, is the only possible happy point - the tightened security at BWI will have less need to take her into custody.
Less than a year ago she seemed so fresh & cute in those NY photos ...
