The picture is ripe with detail. Note the two little girls, the lady with some kind of slurpee, and the "JEB" placard as well. Of course, "Ramones" has a great shit-eating grin, and the girl next to him is caught spinning her head (and wearing a strange, orange arm-band) realizing his sabotage of the ridiculous situation.
