This season of 24 is starting fast again-m anyone else here a fan of the show?

24 = the best show on network television. + that Keefer is quite the guy to party with.

I enjoy 24 for its accurate portrayal of muslims.

You know what creates a bad impression on the populace about the muslims- Terrorism but I don't see the same outcry and protests against that.

It wouldn't be hard to catch up after missing the previous 5 seasons but the fact that you missed 5 hours already might be tough. Still it would be worth the minimal effort to read a summary somewhere because this show is really good, Also it runs straight through- a new ep every week, not like most shows with their odd release schedules.

Caveat: a coworker is taping "24" for me to watch at a later date to see how Jack deals with the conflicting Curtis-killing/nuclear bomb in LOS ANGELES, yet again, because apparently, the multinational INJUSTICE LEAGUE is REALLY focused on doing bad things to LOS ANGELES because...

"24" is playing it on the cheap so we can see paramilitary teams burst into stucco ranch homes in Southern California to tackle the great threats to our nation (as long as they DON'T attack Los Angeles which is the purvey of Jack Bauer, we are safe).

And if cornered and handcuffed, Jack Bauer will simply bite off the neck of this interogator.

Loving the new series, but a lot of people (anyone see Ollie on Fox News the other week?!) are having trouble with the idea that it's set at a point in our 'near' future. Hence the ol' Muslim Round-Up. Hence the panty-waist hand wringing. Oh, and it's fiction. Damn panty-waists.
