In America companies tend to hire few lawyers and instead use outside lawyers and law firms on a case-by-case basis as they need them, keeping very few lawyers in-house. It's possible he's worked for all those companies. It's also possible that there are a lot of lawyers who could say that if they've been in business long enough.
As for why porn: well, maybe he's tired of working for suits, doing the same old M&A or whatever every day. Who knows?
I once hired a guy to put up some brush piles on my weekend place - we're talking day-labor here - and it turned out he had a master's degree in biology. After graduating he discovered he *hated* being in a lab all day. He liked being outdoors in the country. So he quit his job and took whatever odd-jobs people in the area had and he's as happy as can be...

As a lawyer I have worked for a couple of different firms in my career before having my own firm. Each firm has different clients. Those companies were clients of the firm I was working for but I did represent them through my work with those firms. When I moved to a different firm those clients stayed with their established firms.
I never "chose" being in the industry. I was asked by several friends who were already in the industry to represent them. As I realized the complete lack of attorneys in the industry I decided to develop that aspect of my practice further. The majority of my firm's business remains mainstream clients. Im lucky to be at a place where I can now chose what I want to do not what my partners want.

Honestly whats the point to all The AIM testing? I really dont see a point when you got performers who will do untested and tested shoots within the 39 days. How in the hell could AIM claim these tests are valid?

he did condom scenes on GAY sets, nothing to do with the straight industry. AIM is there to protect performers in the straight industry, the gay industry is paranoid about how the information might be used so they choose not to test and use condoms instead.
AIM has done a DAMN good job of protecting the industry and the fact of how very few HIV infections have occured is a testement to how well it works.
EVERY straight company requires an AIM test. There are some hicks in the south who have agendas against them and don't use them... but other than that it is pretty much mandatory and very well self regulated.

If a girl doesnt want to work with you because of what you do you should respect that and not try to pressure into doing scenes with you. Not true Conky. The testing process basically misses everyone you fucked a few days prior to taking the test up until your next test. So there's plenty of time to catch a bug and spread it around. A month and a half by many estimates.
