I think we all know the answer to this whole issue. Unless porn producers and performers decide to do what every sane human being in the real world does - only have promiscuous sex when protected - there will never be a "safe industry". Straight, gay, bisexual, tranny or whatever, exchanging body fluids is what it is: A potentially dangerous activity that exposes participants to the dangers of contagious diseases through viruses, bacteria and fungus. STDs/VDs, HIV and Hepatitis are a part of our modern reality but we all know that porn people and porn consumers prefer to live in their dreamland.
