Saying a facial can transmit HIV is tantamount to claiming you can get it from a toilet seat or sneezing, or that a girl can get pregnant from a handjob.

Let's all repeat after me: in order to get HIV you have to get a body fluid from inside person A to inside person B.

The CDC says they've managed to document some cases of HIV transmission via oral sex but this is still apparently pretty rare. However, pierced tounges probably raise the risk.
