Most performers are independent contractors. They are responsible for their own health and even their own health insurance. Perhaps it is different for talent under contract...is it?




I'm no lawyer, but I do know that in most places you can't be held to a contract/waiver if known, relevant information was not disclosed.




True, but it might be difficult to prove in a court of law that the producer was aware of said performer's background. The performer could say they informed the producer that they also do gay and tranny movies, but the producer could simply deny it.
